The only all service badge used in the US Military. Basic EOD Badge is worn by successful participants in the USN or US Joint Service EOD Training School. Master EOD Badge has been awarded to exchange CPOCD's or Officers who had authority to sign US Military EOD "Personal Qualification System" documents whilst on exchange with the USN.
